After the hypnotherapy session you will be given a CD recording to use every day over the following two weeks. Each time you listen to that recording it will be just like having another session of hypnotherapy in the comfort and safety of your own home. Each time you use the recording you will be reinforcing all the work that we have done while we have been together, making it even easier and easier every day to stick to your decision to be a non smoker.
