Of course each individual person’s problems are different in various ways:

Each session of hypnotherapy is individually tailored to fit you.
Some people will find that they get all the help they need from just one or perhaps two sessions of hypnotherapy. Others would clearly benefit more from a series of sessions over a period of time.
No hypnotherapist can tell you how you are going to respond, it is really a question of seeing how you respond, and deciding for yourself how often you want to see me.
The way I work, hypnosis will not be used to force you to stick to a strict (boring) diet, nor will it be used to give you an aversion to certain foods.
Instead we will use hypnotherapy to help you to:
enjoy eating the right foods, in the right amounts.
To develop and establish better, healthier eating patterns.
To feel happy and satisfied with eating just the right amount of food for your body’s needs,
As a result of this you will start to lose the weight that you want to lose,
easilly… effortlessly… and naturally.
To gradually and steadilly come down towards the weight where you feel happy and comfortable. The weight that is just right for you. And then to maintain yourself around that weight as long as it is right for you.
The fees I charge this is £70 for each visit which usually takes about an hour and a half
Most people want to lose weight quicky, and to see impressive results.
However, crash diets and new, trendy weight loss plans or sudden and drastic increases in exercise are not recommended and most doctors consider such an approach to weight loss to be dangerous.
The healthiest way to lose weight is not the quickest way to lose weight.
