In this clip, Gary who is in hypnosis has been taken into an imaginary garden, where he uses his imagination to help him to let go of the things that have been getting in the way of him losing weight.

    Thanks so much for this, I found myself drifting in and out of hypnosis whiolst watching, and seem to be developing better eating patterns and losing weight without much effort.

    As a fellow hypnotherapist, I find The way you use the physical overcoming of the weight of the arm, using an imaginary baloon, as leverage to make the other work you do with the imagination in hypnotherapy session more effective, is worth it’s weight in gold.
