Hypnotherapy has proved itself over the years to be one of the most effective forms of help for becoming a non smoker.


The most important thing is that you make your own clear and commited decision to be a non smoker. Nothing and no one is likely to make a person stop smoking if they have not made a genuine decison to be a non smoker.


Once you have made a decison to be a non smoker, then hypnosis can help to make it a whole lot easier. Usualy in just one session which takes about one and half hours, and costs only £70


After the session you will be given a CD recording to use every day over the following two weeks.

Each time you listen to that recording it will be just like having another session of hypnosis in the comfort and safety of your own home.
Each time you use the recording you will be reinforcing all the work that we have done while we have been together, making it even easier and easier every day to stick to your decision to be a non smoker.
